• *New Patient Forms*: We kindly request that new patients fill out the necessary forms before or after scheduling an appointment. By doing so, you help streamline our practice and minimize your wait time during your visit. We have separate forms for both adult and child ADHD/ADD diagnoses.

• *Clinic Hours*: Our clinic operates from Monday to Saturday, with hours tailored to accommodate our patients' needs. Please be aware that these times are subject to change.

• *Symptoms and Facts*: We offer detailed information on the signs and symptoms associated with ADHD and ADD. Adults and children may display different combinations of symptoms, ranging from inattention and hyperactivity to impulsivity, and it is crucial to understand the facts and available treatment options.

• *Resources*: We provide resources on recommended Rx ADHD medications and supplements. The medications available include both stimulants and non-stimulants, each with its unique benefits and applications. Additionally, we offer an ADHD support package containing essential supplements such as Pro Omega high EPA & DHA, Super B Complex, and Vitamin E.

• *Online Testing*: For added convenience, we offer an online test developed by the American Psychiatric Association in 2000. This test allows individuals and parents to assess potential ADHD symptoms at their leisure, serving as a preliminary screening tool but never replacing an evaluation by a healthcare professional.

• *Behavioral Health Topics*: Our clinic addresses a wide range of health issues related to behavior, mental health, and overall well-being. We believe in a holistic approach to addressing ADD and ADHD and are committed to supporting patients in multiple areas of their lives.
