As a faith-based, charitable, non-profit Community Health Center, we have been serving the health care needs of all patients in Metro Detroit with compassion and love, regardless of their ability to pay. Our mission is to provide integrated, affordable, and quality healthcare services to our patients, and we strive to make healthcare accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of healthcare services, including medical, dental, women's health, behavioral health, and substance use treatment. Our team of compassionate and caring healthcare providers genuinely care for each and every patient, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. We also offer telehealth (video) visits for new dental patients, making it easier for our patients to access quality care from the comfort of their own homes.

Our History
Covenant Community Care has been serving the Metro Detroit area for over 20 years, providing healthcare services to over 20,000 people every year. We have multiple clinic locations, including Michigan Avenue and Moross, and we are accredited by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
