Appointments and Fees

We understand the importance of convenience and flexibility in scheduling appointments. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., and we are closed on Fridays. We request that routine phone calls occur during regular office hours, and emergency phone calls should be reserved for urgent medical issues only.

Please note that our office is an out-of-network provider, and we do not participate with any insurance plans. However, we will provide you with a superbill to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Payment in full is expected at the time of your visit.
