At Encinitas Personal Health Care, we offer a wide range of services to meet the needs of our patients. These services include:

• Acute and follow-up care: We understand that when you are not feeling well, you want to be seen as soon as possible. That's why we offer same or next day appointments for acute and follow-up care.
• Laser therapy for pain: We are proud to offer laser therapy for pain using the Avicenna Laser. This Class IV high power laser can be used to treat a variety of pain conditions such as sprains, strains, bursitis, tendonitis, and neuropathy. It can also be used to help promote healing of bones, wounds, and post-operative tissue.
• Family medicine: As a family medicine practice, we are able to care for patients of all ages. From preventative care to chronic disease management, we are here to help you and your family maintain optimal health.

Appointments

When you call our office during the week, appointments for acute and follow-up care will typically be available the same or next day. Appointments will be typically spaced out at 60 minute intervals so that they start on time and are not rushed. This allows us to provide you with the time and attention you deserve.

• Small patient volume: Our practice is limited to no more than 300 patients. This allows us to provide you with personalized care and attention.
• Direct practice financial model: We have implemented a direct practice financial model that combines a practice membership fee model with a cash-only practice. This allows us to work directly for our patients, rather than for insurance companies. Our office visit fees are reimbursable by health savings accounts (HSAs), making it easy for you to afford the care you need.
