Welcome to Mashpee's Primary Care & Walk-In Clinic! We are a primary care and walk-in clinic serving the needs of Cape Codders since 1984. Our mission is to provide the highest standard of clinical care to our patients in a warm and welcoming environment. We are committed to making sure that every patient feels like part of our family. Our clinic is owned by George J. Silva, MD, and we have additional providers who are dedicated to caring for you. We offer urgent and same-day care for those who need it, along with a full laboratory and x-ray facility on premises.

Our Services

We provide a wide range of services including routine check-ups, vaccinations, chronic disease management, and emergency care. Our clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and on Saturdays from 8am to 12pm. We also offer walk-in care Monday through Friday from 9am to 11am and 1pm to 3pm, and on Saturdays from 8am to 11am. Phone service is available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm, but we are not available on Saturdays.
