At Family Health Network of CNY Inc., we have been dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to the community for over 45 years. Established in 1972, we are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and the largest source of care in Cortland and contiguous counties. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay.

We offer a wide range of healthcare services, including:

Family Practice - Primary Care

Our primary care providers offer a comprehensive range of services, including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and preventive care. We also provide routine vaccinations and screenings for adults and children.

Perinatal Program

Our perinatal program provides expecting mothers with the highest level of prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care. We offer comprehensive educational and support services to ensure a healthy pregnancy and a smooth transition to parenthood.

Substance Use Disorder Services

We offer Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) services to individuals struggling with opioid use and dependence. We work in partnership with the Substance Abuse Program at Family Counseling Services to provide comprehensive treatment and support.

Women's Health Care

Our women's health care services include routine gynecological exams, Pap tests, breast exams, and mammograms. We also offer prenatal care and delivery services, as well as postpartum support and education.

Family Dentistry

Our family dentistry services include routine cleanings, fillings, extractions, and removable and fixed prostheses (dentures/plates). Our dentists and support staff provide gentle, patient-centered care for adults and children.

Pediatrics

Our pediatric services include routine well-child check-ups, childhood vaccinations, and treatment for common childhood illnesses. We also provide adolescent medicine and healthcare services for children with chronic conditions.

Occupational Health

We provide occupational health services, including injury assessment, pulmonary function tests, and respiratory fitness tests. We also offer compliance services to ensure workplace safety and health.

School Health Program

Our school-based health centers provide comprehensive health care services, including health education, screenings, and counseling. We serve students and families in our community without any out-of-pocket costs.

Behavioral Health Services

Our behavioral health services include counseling and therapy for individuals and families. Our licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs) work closely with our primary care providers to provide integrated care.
