About Dr. Roger W. Washington, MD, FAAFP

Dr. Washington is a board-certified family medicine physician with over 30 years of experience in serving the Silicon Valley community. He has received numerous accolades for his dedication to promoting the tenets of family practice and was selected as a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians for his service to the Academy. He has also received the prestigious "Top Doc" award from San Jose Magazine.

Observership for International Medical Graduates (IMGs)

In collaboration with international medical graduates (IMGs), Dr. Washington offers a unique opportunity to gain clinical experience in the US healthcare system. This four-week observership program provides a comprehensive introduction to US healthcare, focusing on the daily responsibilities, various roles, and numerous aspects of primary care. Participants will gain insight into the infrastructure of US healthcare, including insurance, billing, and coding, as well as the importance of patient-centered, integrated, and holistic approaches to patient care.
