Our Mission

Neighborhood Family Practice has been serving the health needs of Cleveland's west side and Lakewood communities since 1980. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive primary care in a patient-centered medical home setting. Our seven convenient locations offer easy access to care for the whole family, regardless of insurance status.
