Blanchard Valley Medical Associates (BVMA) is a leading multi-specialty medical facility that has been serving the Findlay, OH community for over 45 years. Established in 1974 by Dr. William Kose, BVMA has grown from a one-physician practice to a full-service medical facility with 15 physicians in 6 specialties. Our practice employs approximately 125 support staff, all dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare where the patient is always the priority.

At BVMA, we offer a comprehensive range of services aimed at providing the best possible care to our patients. These services include:

• Internal Medicine: Our team of Internal Medicine physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners can help manage your overall health and preventative care. They are skilled and certified to provide comprehensive care to patients aged 12 and older.
• Cardiology: Our cardiologists specialize in preventing, diagnosing, and treating conditions of the heart, blood vessels, and circulation in adults. We offer several diagnostic cardiology services, stress testing, 24-hour ambulatory BP monitoring, and nuclear cardiology testing.
• Dermatology: Our dermatology services include full-body phototherapy, Mohs micrographic surgery, dermatology laser services (hair removal, tattoo removal, scar minimization, etc.), and individual and group diabetic education services.
• Endocrinology: We offer comprehensive care for patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, and other hormonal imbalances.
• Podiatry: Our podiatry services include the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of foot and ankle disorders.
• Pulmonary Medicine: We provide diagnostic and treatment services for patients with respiratory conditions such as asthma, COPD, and sleep apnea.
• Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation: Our rehabilitation services aim to improve the quality of life for patients with disabilities or chronic conditions.
• Clinical Pharmacy: Our clinical pharmacists work closely with our healthcare team to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.
