Our medical team includes four Board Certified Internal Medicine Physicians, four Board Certified Family Practice Physicians, and two certified Nurse Practitioners.

Dr. Leo Tynan, Internal Medicine

Dr. Tynan is a native of San Antonio who moved to Fredericksburg in 1988 to start his medical practice. He has a deep love for the outdoors and enjoys hiking, birding, and falconry. Dr. Tynan is known for his warm and caring demeanor and has been recognized for his exceptional patient care.

Dr. Phil Maple, Internal Medicine

Dr. Maple joined the Fredericksburg Clinic in 2000 from the Austin Diagnostic Clinic, where he practiced for 14 years. He is a seasoned physician with extensive experience in managing chronic and acute conditions. Dr. Maple is a firm believer in the importance of preventative care and encourages all patients to stay active and healthy.

Dr. Rad Kothmann, Family Medicine

Dr. Kothmann joined the Fredericksburg Clinic in 2004 and has a strong passion for family medicine. He is dedicated to providing personalized care to patients of all ages and has a special interest in chronic disease management. Dr. Jennifer Mayben, Internal Medicine

Dr. Rebecca Daley, Family Medicine
