We offer a wide range of medical services, including Family Practice, Pediatrics, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behavioral Health Consultation, and OB/GYN care. Our team of board-certified healthcare providers includes Family Physicians, Pediatricians, OB/GYN, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Nurse Practitioners. Our History

Community Health Care was founded in 1986 by Rodney K. Ison, MD in Canal Fulton, Ohio. Since then, we have grown and expanded to 18 locations, adding new specialties and services to meet the evolving needs of our communities. Today, we are proud to be a leading provider of healthcare services in Northern Ohio, committed to improving the health and well-being of our patients and communities.
