Our History and Mission
For over 40 years, Family Health Services has been dedicated to providing high-quality and affordable healthcare to the communities of South-Central Idaho. Founded in 1982 in Burley, we have since expanded to serve patients in multiple locations throughout the region. At Family Health Services, we strive to make medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services accessible and affordable for all Idahoans.

From routine healthcare check-ups and chronic disease management to specialized care for mental health, dental, and pharmacy needs, we are committed to providing comprehensive care to our patients. Behavioral Health Services
Our behavioral health team provides a range of services, including 1-on-1 counseling, couples and family therapy, drug use support, and substance-use disorder counseling. Our experienced therapists work with patients to develop coping mechanisms and improve overall well-being.
Dental Services
Our dental team offers a variety of services, including emergency dentistry, physical exams, cleanings, and restorative treatments. We also provide preventive care and education to help patients maintain good oral health.
Medical Services
Our medical team provides a range of services, including general medicine, acute illness treatment, chronic disease management, and health education. We also offer immunizations, family planning services, and senior care.
Pediatric Care
Our pediatric team provides well-child exams, sports physicals, and treatment for illnesses and injuries. We also offer pediatric dentistry services and behavioral health counseling for children and adolescents.
Pharmacy & Drug Discount Program
As a Federally Qualified Community Health Center, we participate in the 340B program, which allows us to purchase pharmaceuticals at a lower rate and pass the savings on to our patients. We also offer a pharmacy discount program for patients who qualify for our sliding fee scale.
Pregnancy & Women's Health Program
Our program provides birth control, breast cancer screenings, cervical cancer screenings, colon cancer screenings, and comprehensive annual gynecological exams. We also offer HIV and STI testing, counseling, and care, as well as preconception and postcontraceptive counseling.
Financial Assistance
We understand that healthcare should not be a financial burden. To make our services more accessible, we offer a range of financial assistance options, including financial aid programs, custom payment plans, and sliding scale pricing.
