Meet Our Doctor: Mark A. Rosa, OD

Dr. Rosa is a Doctor of Optometry, with a Doctoral Degree from Indiana University (1986). He has been serving the community he grew up in, starting his practice in Moreno Valley in 1988. He has over 30 years of experience as an Optometrist, specializing in aspects of vision and eye health. Dr. Rosa is passionate about education and continues to further his education to stay at the pinnacle of all that is the eye.

At our practice, we offer a wide range of services, focusing on vision and eye health. We provide a very thorough comprehensive eye exam, including a complete check of the health of the eye, retinal scans, photos, and additional steps for those with or at risk of developing Diabetes.

Our services include:

1. Eye Examinations: We provide comprehensive eye exams for both adults and children, using the latest technology to ensure your eye health is the best it can be.

2. Contact Lenses: Dr. Rosa is adept at fitting contact lenses, including specialty lenses for Astigmatism, Multi-focal, Monovision and even those with Gas Permeable and Scleral Lenses for Keratoconus.

3. Eyewear: We offer a wide range of eyewear, including the most modern fashions, safety glasses, motorsport glasses, and sports goggles.

4. Diabetic Vision Exams: Regular eye exams are crucial for diabetic patients to prevent the loss of vision and potential blindness. We have high-grade retinal imaging and scanning machinery to give us an in-depth look at the inside and outside of the eye.

5. Lasik Surgery: We refer to leading doctors in the field of Lasik and can do your pre and post-operation exams for you!

6. Specialty Services: We offer specialty services, including fitting low visual acuity lenses such as Gas Permeable lenses and scleral lenses for keratoconus.

Children's Vision

We believe it is important for school-aged children to receive an eye exam before they begin school. Difficulty seeing and reading is one of the main reasons kids struggle in school and begin to fall behind with their school work. We recommend having your children receive an eye exam sometime between the ages of 3-5 and before they begin school.
