At Volunteers in Medicine Clinic of the Cascades, we are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing healthcare to low-income, working adults who live in Central Oregon and have no medical insurance or means to pay for care. Our mission is to improve the health and wellness of the medically uninsured or critically underserved through the engagement of professionals, community partners, and dedicated volunteers.
Our History
Our clinic was founded on the principles of compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing quality healthcare to those who need it most. We believe that everyone deserves access to medical care, regardless of their financial situation. Our team of dedicated professionals, volunteers, and community partners work together to provide a range of medical services, including primary care, specialty care, and pharmacy services.
Our Services
We offer a comprehensive range of medical services, including:
- Primary care services, including routine check-ups, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses
- Specialty care services, including cardiology, dermatology, and orthopedics
- Pharmacy services, including prescription medication and medication management
