Evaluations and Management Services

We offer thorough evaluations and management services for various gastrointestinal conditions. Our team of experienced physicians works closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs. With regular follow-ups, we ensure that our patients receive continuity of care, and we maintain open communication with primary care physicians.

Infusion Center

Our state-of-the-art infusion center provides patients with high-quality care in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Our team of experienced nurses administers various infusion therapies, including Remicade, Entyvio, and Infliximab, among others. We are committed to ensuring that patients receive the best possible care, and our team is always available to answer any questions or concerns.

FibroScan Procedure Preparation

At NVGC, we offer FibroScan procedure preparation for patients with chronic liver disease. Our team of experienced physicians and technicians provides the necessary guidance and support to ensure that patients are well-prepared for the procedure, minimizing any discomfort or anxiety.

Patient Education

We believe that patient education is essential in providing the best possible care. Our team of experienced physicians takes the time to explain everything regarding a patient's condition, medicines, treatment options, and more. Payments

At NVGC, we accept various forms of payment, including most insurance plans. Our team is always available to assist with any billing or insurance-related questions or concerns.

Appointment Information

We see patients only by appointment at all of our offices, Monday through Friday. We strive to schedule appointments as quickly as possible and accommodate patient needs. If a patient cannot make their appointment, we expect the courtesy of a phone call to cancel, if possible, 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.

Your First Appointment

At the first appointment, we begin a permanent record. Patients receive medical history forms prior to their visit and should complete them at home. They should bring the completed forms, along with their insurance card, to the appointment. If the patient is a member of an HMO which uses referral forms, they must bring the referral form as well.

Prescription Refills

Prescription refills, including pain medicine, are handled Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm when the Doctor is in the office and has access to the patient's medical records. Refills should be requested before the patient's supplies are exhausted.

Laboratory and X-ray Results

After a procedure, lab studies or x-rays are completed; our office usually receives the results in approximately five working days. We ask that patients call and inquire about their results after one week.

Doctor/Patient Relations

At NVGC, we believe that the relationship between a physician and a patient works best when based on mutual understanding and trust. Our team of experienced physicians is committed to being patient advocates and will help them deal with the medical system. We make a special effort to explain everything regarding a patient's condition, medicines, treatment options, and more. If patients ever have any questions, we encourage them to ask.
