Since 1990, we have been serving the Palouse region, offering a wide range of services including sports medicine, joint replacement, arthroscopic procedures, fracture care, and general orthopaedics.

Our team of experienced surgeons is certified by The American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is committed to delivering high-quality care. We strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for our patients, treating them like family and providing specialized care.

Our Services

We offer a variety of services to cater to different needs. Our Express Care is available Tuesday through Friday in Moscow, providing immediate attention for urgent situations. Our Sports Medicine services focus on preventing, diagnosing, and treating sports-related injuries. We also offer Joint Replacement and Arthroplasty for patients requiring surgical interventions. Additionally, we provide care for Fractures, Upper Extremity, and Lower Extremity issues.
