William H. Kelly
Pediatrician
A Fayetteville native since 1992, Dr. Kelly graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill and completed pediatric training at Carolinas Medical Center. He chairs infection control committees and focuses on infectious disease management while maintaining board certification through the American Board of Pediatrics.
Niveen Y. Iskander
Pediatrician
Practicing since 1996, Dr. Iskander graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill and completed residency at UNC Hospitals. She directs Duke SR-AHEC Pediatrics and teaches at Campbell University School of Medicine while maintaining board certification in general pediatrics.
Horace R. Long
Pediatrician
Joining in 2000, Dr. Long received East Carolina University's top pediatric award and completed neonatal training before returning to general pediatrics. He maintains board certification and brings extensive clinical experience to our four-physician team.
Olga Johnson
