Our Providers

At Lakewood Family Medicine, our team of eleven Board-certified family practice physicians and seven board-certified nurse practitioners are dedicated to providing exceptional care. Our providers are passionate about delivering compassionate and professional care that prioritizes our patients' unique needs. Our support team is highly trained, caring, and professional, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care every step of the way.

Our Office

Located on Holland's north side, our office provides a comfortable and spacious environment with a separate children's waiting area. We also have laboratory services provided by Holland Hospital conveniently located on site. Our office hours are Monday to Thursday from 8AM to 8PM, Friday from 8AM to 4:30PM, and Saturday from 8AM to 11:30AM.
