At the Corner Health Center, we are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare and wellness services to young people aged 12-25 and their families. Our team of healthcare providers, support staff, and leadership are committed to delivering judgment-free, affordable, and inclusive healthcare to our clients.

Mission

Our mission is to empower young people to live and sustain healthy lives by providing them with accessible and comprehensive healthcare, mental health, and supportive services. We strive to reduce health disparities and promote equity by addressing the unique and specific needs of our clients.

Services

We offer a range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our primary care services include routine check-ups, acute care, and preventive care. Our specialty care services include pregnancy care, psychiatry, and mental health care. We also provide expanding and enhancing services, including emotional health support, which addresses the mental and emotional well-being of our clients.

Support Services

In addition to our healthcare services, we offer a range of support services, including:

• Corner Store & Food Pantry: providing essential food and household items
• Fathers for Family Videos: promoting healthy relationships and parenting skills
• ASK US Health Info: providing accessible and reliable health information to our clients
• Various Programs & Classes: offering education and support to our clients, including maternal infant health programs, doula programs, SMART recovery, childbirth classes, and more

Our Team

Our team is comprised of dedicated healthcare providers, support staff, and leadership who are committed to delivering exceptional care to our clients. Our team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, a psychiatrist, social workers, nutritionists, and health educators, all of whom are well-versed in the unique needs of young people and their families.

Our History

The Corner Health Center was founded over 40 years ago to address disparities in healthcare for youth. Today, we remain committed to providing judgment-free, affordable healthcare to young people and their families. Despite new restrictions on reproductive healthcare and potential additional limits, we remain steadfast in our commitment to providing non-judgmental care and support in healthcare for all.
