Longstreet Clinic is a primary care and multi-specialty practice devoted to providing high quality medical care at convenient locations across northeast Georgia. Through a fully-integrated, multi-disciplinary approach, Longstreet Clinic ensures the most appropriate and cost-effective services are delivered in a caring and compassionate manner. Since its founding in 1995 from a merger of eight single specialty practices, Longstreet Clinic has grown into one of the largest independent group practices in the state. Longstreet Clinic consistently ranks among the Top Physician Group Practices in the Atlanta Business Chronicle's "Book of Lists." A private, multi-specialty medical group with office locations in nine northeast Georgia cities, Longstreet Clinic employs over 800 people, including more than 200 physicians and advanced practice providers who represent 19 specialties. With a fully-integrated Electronic Health Record, Longstreet Clinic offers patient convenience with onsite imaging and laboratory services.
