The No Surprises Act

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of expected charges for medical items and services. At Western Carolina Eye Associates, we are committed to providing our patients with Good Faith Estimates as required by law. While our EMR systems are still being finalized to follow this new law, please ask a patient care specialist for any estimates as needed.
