We also offer adaptive lenses, which allow our patients to have two pairs of glasses in one. Our office is located at 315 S Pacific Hwy, Cottage Grove, OR 97424. We are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday hours vary. We are closed on weekends.
